A qualified candidate for this type of treatment is a candidate more than 18 years, faith on laser treatment and constant refraction for minimum one year.

A patient who had injured with in one year or having any eye infection, for that patient’s eye laser surgery is not healthful.

Procedure for Treatment:

Before doing eye surgery the pre eye examination is required to perform. After completing exam you have to follow some guideline before having surgery. For doing surgery the eye will get anesthetized by using eye drop and then surgeon will create a flap on outer surface of eye. A special laser device is used to make flap on eye surface. Flap will expose cornea. In this process surgeon will reshape eye cornea by using excimer laser and then after flap will be replaced. After the surgery patient will experience improvement in vision. Functioning:

Eye Laser surgery equipment consist of a laser oscillator which use to oscillate output of laser. I.e. It oscillate laser connected to optical waveguide and transmit laser output. With this equipment one detector is provided to compare an optical laser output coming from hand piece for comparing laser output at predetermined value. A controller used to control the laser oscillator. This output settings are detected by detector and compare by comparator of hand piece for pre determined value.

Some problem may occur during recovery process after surgery. Some time surgery results halos of light, double vision or glare or starbursts. These are rare cases but it may happen. Eye laser surgery has no 100% safe sides. Also problem regarding night vision may occur. So avoid this problems patient should have to take care of some activities. Like avoid rubbing your eyes after any kind of eye surgery. During eye operation eye may get infected by bacteria so in case eye drop or antibiotic treatment will help in curing problems.
